Private App Install

  1. In the Bigcommerce store dashboard, navigate to Advanced Settings ->  API Accounts.  
  2. Click Create API Account Button. Then click on Create V2/V3 API Token.  As shown in the below screenshot
  3. Select the following Scopes: Content Modify, Information & Settings Read-Only, Marketing Read-Only,  Products Read-Only, Themes Modify.  As shown in the following screenshots.  The rest of the scopes can be set to None.   
  4. Click Save when done.  
  5. Go to: https://bigcommerce.searchmagic.com/private/install and fill in from the API Credentials popup.  Or copy the data from downloaded text file. 
  6. Click Register when done and you'll be taken to the setup wizard.
